Refunds and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions: payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Annual subscriptions: the initial annual subscription payment may be refunded upon request within 7 calendar days of purchase. After that, annual payments are non-refundable and are not prorated on cancellation.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the paid period.
Duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized charges are reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
Any mandatory rights under applicable law override these policy terms.
